Whiffit. Whiffit Good.

Yep. You read right. Whiffit. Whiffit good.

Um, no I haven’t lost my mind. But I have found a new way to lose weight. Whiffit Wands were introduced to me by my friend Stephanie Ollikainen, at Dr. Adair’s office in Macon. They are a new weight loss tool- designed to use aromatherpy to help curb your appetite.

So, I tried some.

As with anything, everyone will have different results. For me- they did work! They worked best when I was having the random afternoon snack craving, you know the kind- you actually ate the recommended portion at lunch that we’re SUPPOSED to eat (not the one that restaurants in their over-serving of American have cause us to think we should eat) and you think you need to eat more. In fact your stomach says you should. But this helped me keep my appetite in check.

And they actually smell good too- like a dessert snack. At least, that was my assessment. Here is some more info from the company:

“The technology behind Whiffits, which focuses on olfactory stimulation in appetite suppression, has been in use for over fifteen years. Whiffits is a new outlet for this technology, which has been brought to fruition by the people at Dew Innovations Group, LLC, and is backed by certified aromatherapist and licensed aesthetitian Stephanie Ollikainen.

The idea behind the product was to create a fun, effortless, non-invasive way for people to lose weight. Whiffits uses non-traditional methods to solve a very traditional American problem – weight control.”
