Merry Christmas!!! ( a little late)

So, remember how I said once the site hit 10,000+ views I would give away a Betsy Pittard Designs tassel bracelet? Well… we did it!

I just have one small favor to ask: tell me here about your own fashion resolution for 2013. It doesn’t have to be extravagant, it could be “I’m not going to care what I wear as long as I like it” or “I’m going to buy that pair of black boots I have always wanted”. I’m sure you get the idea.

I’ll pick randomly from those who comment as of… let’s see, I know my weekend will be crazy, let’s say Monday at midnight I will choose a winner. How’s that?

Can’t wait to see what you lovely ladies (and gentlemen- the guys could try to win this for their ladies) have to say!!!

Love to all yall-

Molly

I am going to add more color in my wardrobe! Any suggestions for websites or books where I can get many ideas of ways to make it work:)

You know- it really depends on your own style and budget. Target actually has a lot of great, inexpensive items and you can easily add color. If you like Coach accessories and handbags they have added a LOT of color to their lines. Accessories are the easiest way to add color. Handbags, scarves, shoes- that’s easier than a whole wardrobe overhaul.

I am making an effort to look more “groomed” each day. Like, actually putting on full makeup (not just powder) and accessorizing. So far, so good!

My New Years Fashion Revolution is to incorporate more fashion forward accessories (think clutches, necklaces, shoes) into my wardrobe! I am thinking items in Pantone’s color of the year: Emerald!

My resolution is to add a little glamour to my routine/ordinary/common outings, like a grocery store or library run. I’ll sparkle up if I’m meeting someone, but why not do it when it’s just me? I’m thinking small-but-fun stuff…jewelry, scarves, hair accessories.

I am going dress like a man—like my grand-father and great grand-father used to. If manners are how we let the people around us know that we value them, than certainly how we present ourselves to the world is a reflection of the value we have for ourselves. Like so many men, I have gone through much of my life dressing the exact same way I did when I was a twelve year old boy—No more!

My 2013 fashion resolution is to accessorize more! Why not layer necklaces, add a scarf, or even make my arm party bigger?! 🙂

Make some use of all of my jewelry instead of playing it safe with the same old same old all the time!

I must must find a way to organize all my bauble necklaces and bracelets…my jewlelry boxes are becoming way too crowded. I think a trip to Hobby Lobby is in the works for this MLK weekend to get organized.

To Donate: I love to volunteer or give to charity when I can. I need to clean house “in my closet”, and donate items as I add them. I am the worst about convincing myself I might wear something again I have not looked at in over a year! I can add jewelry to that list with this swanky little bracelet!

Not care about anyone’s opinion! Where what I love as long as I feel good that is all that matters!
