I am very excited to be the FIRST to announce that my friend Andrew Eck is rebranding his Georgia Pallet business to now be called Georgia Artisan.

“After graduating from the Velocity Accelerator hosted by J.R. McNair, Local manufacturer, Georgia Pallet has rebranded to Georgia Artisan Furnishings with even bigger plans,” they said in a release.

Georgia Artisan reported  800% sales growth in the last quarter and they’ve hired 3 additional full time craftsmen with the assistance of the Work Force Development bringing the total employed count to 5 craftsmen.

“Georgia Artisan is pleased to announce a new website, GeorgiaArtisan.com, featuring an innovative customizable table shop function giving customers the ‘in store experience’ online.”

“Georgia Artisan specializes in reclaimed furnishings and has a Farmhouse collection and an Industrial Collection of dining tables, coffee tables and end tables. In addition to the online store, a full product inventory is featured in Macon Art Alliance’s showroom through January.”

Something else which I think is important to note is that Georgia Artisan intends on deconstructing blighted houses in Macon by partnering with Macon’s Habitat for Humanity.

“We’re excited! Their work to deconstruct existing blighted structures will help us reach our goal to increase homeownership rates and decrease blight, while at the same time reducing our environmental impact.” said Director Ivey Hall.

“We are planning on exporting Macon’s story and soul through our innovative designs and one of a kind sourcing” said Founder and President Andrew Eck.

“Formed out of the bonds of friendship, creativity, and consumer demand, Georgia Artisan is poised to become the nation’s premier provider of premium handcrafted, artisan furniture.”
