A New Activity for My Kids- And Yours!

So, as I recently began working from home I now have more flexiblilty in my schedule. So, I decided to keep my kids home with me on my days with them and to find new activies for them. Since they both love music so much I of course looked in to music lessons.

I was already familiar with My First Music Discovery Class from when they ran a deal through a former employer of mine- but when I saw that they had a friend as one of the teachers (Erica Lockwood, who also works at 13WMAZ) then that pretty much did it for me. I always like to work with someone I am already familiar with.

This past Friday was their first music class- and even though they were some of the oldest (the class will take them as young as newborns) they really had quite a blast playing with the different instruments and interacting with the other kids. Erica also did an amazing job “spreading the love” so to speak- or in other words, making sure all the kids got equal attention.

Parents were also with each of the kids, which made the whole process a lot easier I believe.

I would for sure recommend this class to anyone looking for a good introduction to music for their kids- AND if anyone has further questions please feel free to email me at makeitworkmolly@gmail.com and if you are going to enroll please use this code so they will know I sent you: “Molly2013”. Hope to see you there!!
