Tasty Tuesday #2: Fountain of Juice

Sooooo so sorry I’m getting this one up late y’all- it’s been a long day!

I’ve been a long time fan of Fountain of Juice, anyone who knows me is already aware of this. I go there for the food but also for the fellowship from those that work there. I love hearing about Mercedes’s day, or giving Israel a hard time (even if he does propose to me on occasion), and hearing about how much Brittany’s baby has grown.

Yesterday I walked in with my son, I had checked him out of school early for his interview at Vineville Academy, and I thought I would treat him to a special lunch before hand. Of course he went straight for the brownies (he did have a cheese sandwich specially cut in fours) but I went straight for the Tilapia Taco Salad.

Fresh tilapia, pico de gallo, avocado, hydroponic lettuce and spinach- oh yes. This is a long time favorite and they don’t have it too often. Call it my version of a brownie. Well, close to it at least, cause honestly FOJ’s espresso brownies are insanely good.

Good lunch leads to a good interview for my lil man… which is a great day for mommy.

Til next time!

Love to all y’all,

Molly
