Cathedral Coffee Knocks it Out of the Park

I love coffee. This is well documented:

Yeah. So anyways, when I find really good coffee- I basically want to dance everytime.

And when I can get coffee, and good food, AND be able to do it all in peace without a whole bunch of hustle bustle around me?! Even better.

That’s why I’m super excited about Cathedral Coffee. It’s in a beautiful space, in Northway Church, and it’s well lit and quiet and has good food and….

Well, let’s just get right down to the details. I got a hazelnut latte at their recommendation and from the first sip I said out loud “wow- this is really good”. And to eat with it, I got the roasted red pepper gouda bisque. That may sound like a strange combo, but it was really good. I haven’t had a red pepper bisque that good in a while, so I was quite pleased. But they do offer sandwiches and such as well, I just was excited to try that bisque!

The space itself is huge in comparison with most coffee shops, with plenty of places to plug in your computer or phone. It would be a nice spot for a club meeting or for group study, too.

But let’s say you just want good coffee on the run? They have a drive through!

All in all, this is definitely a hit for me. Can’t wait to see how it all goes for them!

Love to all y’all,

Molly
