In today’s world, first impressions are important, and that includes not just your interview – whether it be for a new job, college admissions, or sorority recruitment- but also your social media presence. Everyone can be Googled.

Our founder, Molly McWilliams Wilkins, loves talking to people. She frequently is asked for help coaching people for interviews, resume reviews, and social media marketing. Her career started in management at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and she has also worked as a hiring manager for Waffle House- working with both manager trainees and hourly employees. Molly also has a Master of Arts in Communications & Leadership from Gonzaga University, and volunteers as a recruitment and marketing advisor for her sorority.

These online Zoom consulting packages range from an hour long interview to a deep dive into your social media. Offerings are below:

$100/session – Two Hour Long Group Class: In this session you will log in on a Zoom call with other session participants to go over the basics of interview & conversation skills, social media etiquette, and how to write a basic resume and cover letter.

$100 – Personal Resume Edit: Option to email in your resume and have it critiqued, edited, and formatted for your personal needs.

$75/hour – One on One Conversation and Interview Prep: *add one to each cart for however many hours you need* One on one sessions for coaching and interview preparation skills for your personal needs.

$75/hour- One on One Social Media Examination: *add one to each cart for however many hours you need*  One on one sessions for examining personal and professional social media channels for any potential issues or places of improvement.

$75/hour- Networking Solutions: *add one to each cart for however many hours you need* One on one sessions for assisting with networking solutions and coaching.
