Beauty Bits- Synergie Massage
As part my internship with The Hyperion Group I went to Warner Robbins with a couple other interns, Averi and Gillian, to Aesthetic Body Sculpture Clinic where I watched Averi Hess get a Synergie massage, a massage to help aid in weight loss and cellulite.
“A synergie massage, also known as Synergie Aesthetic Massage System (AMS), is a completely non-invasive treatment done to the surface of the skin. AMS uses vacuum technology and deliberate application of pressure using a machine to deliver a deep massage,” said Hess.
The Synergie massage process completely safe and FDA approved for skin retraction and cellulite reduction.
After the staff greeted us all warmly, Hess changed into a thin white body suit. The individual who administered the massage went into detail about the steps of the massage and explained how the machine she would be applying over her body would be like a vacuum with different levels of suction.
Hess switched positions so that different parts of her body including thighs, back, sides, and stomach could be reached and massaged.
The motions of the massage included up and down motions and circular motions. These motions help break up cellulite deposits so that the body can flush away toxins and fat cell fluids. The massage increases blood circulation and lymphatic flow which helps in the cleansing process.
The synergie massage reaches the top two layers of skin that cannot be stimulated by diet and exercise.
“The whole experience was immensely relaxing and refreshing. It literally felt like getting a spa massage. I probably could have fallen asleep because of how relaxed and comfortable I was,” said Hess.
Do YOU want to try the Synergie Massage? Make sure you call Aesthetic Body Sculpture in Warner Robins at 478-225-2379. Dr. Monte Slater and his wife Gail are some of my favorite clients- in fact, I like to tell people that Gail is like the Jewish mom you’ve never had. Don’t believe me? Ask Danny Davis of JuBee and the Morning After. In fact- you’ll walk away with some great stories on Danny too…
Love to all yall
